Michelle Bridges is not the only one in her family getting in on the exercise and eating act. Her mum, Maureen Partridge, has partnered with Pauls milk to launch a "bone health boosting" exercise and eating plan. "I'm in my late 60s now and when I was in early 60s I was diagnosed with osteoporosis," Partridge explained of her motivation. "I already had a reasonably healthy diet and did exercise. I just started to have extra calcium and did weight-bearing exercises."
